Our magnetic track lighting systems are designed to industry standards but for optimal performance, we recommend using them with our compatible fixtures. Some cross-brand compatibility may exist – please contact our lighting specialists for specific technical advice.

1-circuit systems control all lights simultaneously, while 3-circuit configurations allow independent control of three lighting zones. Our 3-circuit systems are particularly popular with designers creating layered lighting schemes. If you need guidance selecting the right system for your project, our lighting consultants can advise you based on your specific requirements.

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and JCB, as well as PayPal for secure online payments. All transactions are processed through our encrypted payment gateway for your security.

Currently, we process orders as guest checkouts, but you’ll receive full tracking information via email for all Standard Express shipments. For EMS deliveries, basic tracking is available through our customer service team. We’re developing an account system for future implementation.

We offer two premium delivery services:

• Standard Express Delivery: £12.95 flat rate via DHL/FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after dispatch (1-2 day processing)
• Free Standard Delivery: For orders over £50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Yes, we proudly ship worldwide* with our flat rate shipping fee. Some remote areas in Asia and other locations may have restrictions – please contact us to confirm delivery availability to your region. Note that customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or import taxes.

Our premium chandeliers receive special protective packaging in custom-designed crates with foam cushioning and protective wraps. Each crystal element is individually secured to prevent transit damage. Similarly, all track lighting systems and fragile fixtures are packed with exceptional care by our lighting specialists.

We offer a 15-day return window from delivery date. Items must be in original condition with all packaging intact. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and special handling applies to chandeliers and large commercial lighting fixtures. Please contact us before returning any items.

In the rare event of damage during transit, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate. Our premium packaging ensures damage is extremely uncommon.

All our lighting products come with a minimum 2-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects. Commercial-grade products like high bay lighting and emergency lighting systems often have extended warranty options – please check individual product specifications or contact us for details.
